About Hailey

Hello! My name is Hailey and I've been babysitting/working in childcare for about 7 years. I first realized I love kids and that I have a knack for working with them when my nephew was born and I babysat him multiple times a week. I am open to both occasional and regular jobs, depending on the days and times. I also have another job, where I work with children ages 5 to 13 who have behavioral issues. We supervise several children at a time, so I'm comfortable with caring for more than one child in a household. From these experiences, I've learned how to keep kids engaged and content while still fitting the role of a caregiver who can provide structure and routine. A bit about me: I'm very active, and I love spending time outside! I'm also artistically inclined, so I'd enjoy planning a wide range of activities to do with the kid(s). I also have experience caring for pets, so I would be more than happy to help out with them, as well as house work.
