About Hailey

Hi, I'm Hailey, I've worked as a babysitter, nanny, tutor, and teacher since the age of 15. My caregiving style is inspired by Montessori principles. I encourage independence, hands on learning, problem solving, and exploration while creating a safe, nurturing environment. I love spending time outdoors teaching about nature through walks, gardening, observing insects, collecting leaves, and exploring the world around us. Reading, arts and crafts, sensory play, and themed activities are a big part of my day. Some of my favorite themes include underwater adventures, dinosaurs, superheroes, seasons, and magical storytelling. In my free time, I enjoy reading, ballet, fashion, and spending time outdoors. Families describe me as patient, dependable, creative, and caring. My goal is to make learning fun while helping children learn, grow, and thrive
