About Hailey

Hi! I'm Hailey, and I'm currently a student at University. I'm home for the summer and looking for a nanny job. I've been babysitting for about 7 years and have experience with kids of all ages, including newborns and infants. For the past two years, I nannied for a family of five, so I'm used to busy days, helping with schedules, and keeping kids entertained while also making sure everything runs smoothly. I'm comfortable with things like feeding, naps, and overall routines for younger kids too. This past year I was also the head coach for a 13s volleyball team, which I loved. It helped me learn how to connect with kids, stay patient, and keep things fun while still being structured. I'd say I'm easygoing, responsible, and good at keeping kids active and engaged instead of just sitting around. I enjoy being outside, doing activities, and creating a fun, safe environment. I'm really looking forward to finding a family to work with this summer!
