About Hailey

Hi, I'm Hailey! I have been working with children since 2015. I have 6 years of preschool experience with both typical students and students with special needs. I also have 8 years of nannying experience with children varying from 6weeks to 12years old in age. I'd describe my personality as easy going, patient, and positive. I am extremely flexible but also know the importance of structure! I like working with kids because it allows me to help both parents and children. I love helping children learn and grow into themselves and seeing the confidence they gain. I'm looking for a job that I can grow with and become a helping hand as much as possible. I am also looking for something that fits my schedule. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my fiancé and our dog. I love to hike, garden, and spend as much time outside as possible. One thing you should know about me is I am reliable and hardworking and I truly want to get to know your children and family so we can work together!
