About Haily

Hello! My name is Haily. I am a caring, responsible, and dedicated childcare professional with over 9 years of experience caring for children from infancy through school age. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Childhood Education and I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I genuinely enjoy caring for children and helping them learn, grow, and thrive in a safe, loving, and nurturing environment. As a mother myself, I understand the trust and responsibility that come with caring for a child. Families describe me as patient, trustworthy, dependable, loving, compassionate, and reliable. I believe strong relationships with children and parents are built through open communication, respect, and trust. I enjoy helping families feel supported and creating a positive environment where children feel safe, happy, and encouraged to learn. I am looking for a long-term position with a family where we can build a trusting relationship together.
