I have eight years of experience caring for children from infancy through age 14. My approach focuses on supporting emotional, social, and physical development with age-appropriate activities and positive reinforcement. I strive to create an environment that fosters curiosity, independence, and confidence. Alongside educational growth and developmental milestones, I encourage learning through everyday experiences, social interaction, and exploration. I believe the best childcare is built on a strong partnership with parents. I prioritize open, ongoing communication to ensure we are always aligned on routines, goals, and each child's evolving needs.
