About Haley

Hi! I'm Haley, and caring for kids has been part of my life from a young age. As the oldest of five siblings, including a set of twins and a 13-year age gap with my youngest sibling, I learned patience, responsibility, and how to handle chaos with a sense of humor. My experience grew when my sister became a mom at 16 and I became an aunt, allowing me to be a consistent and supportive presence in my niece's life. Professionally, I've worked as a nanny, Writing Tutor, and Direct Support Worker supporting youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I bring adaptability, creativity, and emotional awareness to every role. I love working with kids because they're unapologetically themselves. Whether we're discussing dinosaurs, creating adventures, or negotiating why pajamas aren't grocery store attire, I enjoy making kids feel safe, confident, and supported.
