About Haley

What I love about Haley the most (and I bet it's the same for my kids) is her personality and character. She's always positive, full of smiles, patience, and encouragement--which is perfect when you have mischievous kids who just refuse to listen sometimes... She's always been very professional (and super mature for her age): she's punctual and never been late once; she's responsible and drives safely (I've seen her drive behind me when I was showing her how to get to the schools); she's responsive, able to follow my instructions (e.g. not letting the kids play games and watch TV before they've done something to earn it), and communicates all issues/concerns around the kids to me promptly. She's never taken my feedback/suggestions in a negative way but rather just strives to improve. No one is perfect at their job--even mothers make mistakes--but being positive about it and willing to learn and improve makes all the difference. Perhaps what I appreciate most is her willingness to help and do the favors that I ask of her; she's stayed late many times for me and also worked on upon late notices a few times for me. Haley truly has all the qualities that anyone would desire in a nanny (or any type of job really)--I firmly believe that she will excel in anything she chooses to do. I just hope she comes back to help me some day as my kids miss her so much already!
