About Hallie

Hi! My name is Hallie and I am an 18-year-old nursing student based in Gilbert, Arizona. I have over 3 and a half years of professional experience working at a swim school where I served as a water safety instructor, front desk team member, and shift lead. I have worked with children of all ages and truly love helping them grow in confidence and safety. In addition to my swim school experience, I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old and have cared for children ranging from newborns to teenagers. I am CPR certified, CABS certified, and hold a valid fingerprint clearance card. Safety and trust are extremely important to me, and I strive to create a fun, nurturing, and structured environment for every child I care for. I am reliable, patient, and passionate about working with kids, especially as I pursue my goal of becoming a pediatric nurse. I would love the opportunity to support your family!
