As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with three years of experience with working with disability children's at a after school center, I am passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My friendly and approachable nature allows me to connect with children on a personal level, creating a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive. I believe in open communication with parents and prefer to follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any issues that may arise. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect their parenting style. My approach to childcare includes a variety of engaging activities, from outdoor sports and physical games to educational games that promote learning and technology-based games and apps. I am always seeking new and innovative ways to make learning fun and interactive.
