About Hannah

Hello! My name is Hannah. I am a seasoned healthcare professional with 10 years of experience in a variety of settings. I have worked in home, group homes, and facilities including the memory care unit. I am CPR/First Aid certified, a certified PCA and Med Tech. I have cared for an array of different individuals, including dementia patients, intellectual and physical disabilities and a variety of other physical impairments. I am comfortable with hoyer lifts, ostomy bags, catheters, modifying meals, etc. Love animals so pets are okay with me! I am patient and kind with excellent bedside manner, a strong work ethic and I prefer to get things done right the first time. I like to focus on patient centered care and am a team player!
