About Hannah

I'm Hannah, I have worked as a career nanny for over a decade and have experience with children from a variety of social, cultural, and religious backgrounds. I have remained with each family for 2-4 years and maintain relationships with each of the families I've worked with. I regularly attend birthday parties, school events, and sporting events of the children previously in my care. My goal as a caregiver is to nurture independence, creativity, and healthy emotional development in the child as they grow. I guide through positive reinforcement and natural/correlated consequences. I use a Montessori approach to encourage children to take an active role in caring for themselves and their environment from a young age. I aim to support families by caring for their children in a way that aligns with their own values and goals.
