I'm a childcare professional with nearly a decade of experience as a long-term nanny, preschool teacher, and Registered Behavior Technician. I'm passionate about creating safe, supportive, and fun environments where children feel confident, understood, and encouraged to grow. I believe structure and fun go hand in hand. Consistent routines and boundaries help children feel secure, and I love making those routines positive so children learn to enjoy structure rather than resist it. My experience supporting children through behavioral challenges has taught me patience, flexibility, and the importance of understanding the reason behind a behavior. I strive to meet each child where they are while helping them build communication, emotional regulation, and independence. As a nanny, I understand how important reliability and consistency are to families. My goal is to provide dependable, engaging care where kids can learn, grow, and simply enjoy being kids!
