About Hannah

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, compassionate, and organized. I enjoy helping kids grow and creating a positive impact in their lives. Their energy and creativity inspire me, and I find joy in providing a safe and supportive environment where they can thrive. I'm looking for a job where I can make a positive impact, help others, and use my skills and experience in a supportive and meaningful way. I started working with kids when I was in high school, through babysitting and church childcare. I have experience as an RBT as well, providing behavioral intervention for autistic kids. In my spare time, I like to study my Bible, hang out with friends, play pickleball and tennis, watch Netflix, go antiquing/thrifting, and bake! I'm committed to building strong, trusting relationships with both kids and parents, and I truly care about making each child feel valued and supported! My skills include behavior management, adaptability, and effective communication.
