Harp has supported us with overnight and occasional daytime childcare for the past few months. She has been wonderful with our son who was about three months old when she started working with him. Harp has been amazingly helpful for our family!  She is reliable, punctual, adaptable, and patient.  She is very good with our kids and we trust her completely.  She also both offered to and simply did take care of other things around the house.  She is very experienced and we would absolutely recommend her for any other family.

Harp took care of our 5 month old for 2 weeks when we needed last minute care and she was truly amazing! She was so caring and kind with my daughter and took the time to really build a connection with her. We could tell immediately that Harp is knowledgeable with infant care, and she even helped to get my daughter on a sleep/eat/play schedule. She also was very sweet to my 5 year old daughter when she got home from school, so I'm sure she's wonderful with all ages. Harp was our first nanny for our first baby. She started when he was 5 months old and we hadn't left him with anyone outside of our immediate family prior to her joining us.

Harp is a fantastic nanny. She has been helping us with our newborn since she was a few weeks old. She is great with the baby and in helping us with both the baby needs and some light chores around the home. Harp works part time caring for our infant son and she does an amazing job. She has quite a bit of experience and gives great suggestions without overstepping. Harp has our family's highest recommendation. We hired Harp as a Night Nanny for a our one-month-old baby girl, and Harp has been on with us for almost two months now. Harp offered all we could have hoped for in a  nanny; she's incredibly dependable, has excellent communication, she adapts easily to change, and is an expert caretaker for our newborn. Our baby is also so very comfortable and happy with Harp. 

Harp seems to always be a step ahead of us, anticipating our needs and our baby's needs. She'll provide recommendations for things that we might want to consider to help our baby sleep better, but also doesn't provide too much information or overstep. She also will anticipate our needs as parents and offer schedule changes to help accommodate our family. For example, she has been willing to come in more frequently when I have been tired or just feel like I need extra care in the home.

Life with a newborn is constantly changing, and we love how adaptable Harp has been. Even on difficult nights, Harp always has a good attitude and is a consummate professional. 

Harp is also an excellent communicator. She checks in regularly to see how all is going and make sure that all of us are on the same page. She does a great job texting updates each day, and providing us with reminders for the schedule or supplies we need to restock for baby. The Night Nanny schedule means that there often isn't a lot of time to catch up before or after her shift. Instead, Harp has reached out to me at times that are more convenient for me, and I really appreciate how she's helped me stay on top of everything as the mom of a newborn.

Harp has our highest recommendation. Between our kids, we've worked with four different night nannies. Harp has been our favorite due to the quality of care she provides and her dependability. She's a delight to work with and have in our home.

My two boys love Harp. She is dependable, experienced and dedicated. She started watching them at ages 5 month and almost 2.5 years old and has been with us for over a year. She was super thoughtful and careful through the pandemic. My two boys are very active and she has done a wonderful job encouraging this energy while keeping them safe. She is calm and able to provide warm discipline when necessary.

Harp has been a date-night babysitter for our 7 and 1 year old for the past 3 months.  She is smart, warm and wonderful with the children, especially with our one year old who warmed up to her after only a few meetings. Harp is also punctual and organized and leaves the house cleaner than when she came.  I would recommend her highly as a babysitter/nanny.
