About Haydee

Making a positive impact on children's lives is my passion. As a mother of four, two grown and two teenagers, and a grandmother of three, I've dedicated the last 20 years to childcare. 10 of those years were spent teaching, followed by another 10 as a large family daycare provider. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup and regular texts or calls, always following your preferred method. I'm comfortable enforcing your household rules. I enjoy playing educational games that promote learning, tailoring activities to your child's individual needs. I favor creative, hands-on activities that foster bonding and learning in a safe environment. I am comfortable caring for one to two child/children at a time. I have some graduate school experience and training in First Aid, CPR, Early Childhood Education (ECE), hold a Child Development Associate (CDA), and have completed Early Child Development Coursework.
