About Haylee

I'd describe my personality as hardworking, friendly, and fun! I like working with kids because they keep me young and having fun. Not only am I there to teach them and lead by example, but they can do the same for me. Every child deserves several amazing role models and I love striving to be that for each kid and family I work for. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and structured. As a student in the medical field, I'm looking for a family that will support me in my education goals. I've been working with kids since I can remember. I am the oldest of three with two little brothers. I was always in charge of them and took care of them. I then started frequently babysitting for other family members. I then continued to work with several different neighborhood families. In my spare time, I like to read and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is I am very organized and structured. My skills include communication skills, leadership, and compassion.
