Hey there! I'm Hayleigh! I'm currently a ministry school student & new to the Winter Garden area! I've always had a passion for nurturing the growth and development of children. With years of experience as a dedicated childcare provider, I'm eager to provide exceptional care for your little one. My calm and patient nature allows me to connect with children and create a safe, nurturing environment for them to thrive. While I firmly believe in the importance of following the parents' lead, I also recognize the significance of effective communication. I ensure that parents are well-informed about their child's day and any concerns that arise by providing verbal updates at pickup or through their preferred communication method. I find immense joy in engaging children in a variety of activities that not only entertain them but also promote their learning and development.
