About Hayley

After receiving a "Highly Exceptional" teacher evaluation score for 4 straight years while teaching 2nd and 3rd grade and two district awards for "Teacher Impact" in Phoenix AZ, I'm moving to the city for a new adventure. I plan to return to it eventually, but focusing my energy on caring for one family is a better fit for me as I adjust to a new city. Before my teaching career, I nannied professionally for 10yrs between two families, with children 2months-10yrs old. I pride myself first and foremost on being honest and caring and meeting the needs of each individual child! I love using my imagination, and helping children explore and expand their own! I love learning, creating, reading, playing games, getting outside, dancing to music, and being a kid at heart. I have developed a deep knowledge of supporting children as they grow through my experiences teaching, nannying, an associates in Fine Art and a bachelors in Childhood Education.
