About Hayley

I'm fun, quirky, compassionate, and adaptable. I love working with kids because they let me see the world through kinder eyes. They're interesting, challenging, and so very honest. They remind me to slow down, use my imagination, and turn a boring moment into a creative one. I started as a mother's helper at 12 and have over 10 years of experience in early childhood centers, schools, home daycares, and so many years babysitting. I've also been a dental assistant at a family practice for over5 years. My superpower is redirection and rebranding: homework becomes Jeopardy, naptime means fairy lights and the next chapter of our book, and a walk becomes an archaeological mission to find fossils. I genuinely get a kick out of making everyday moments fun. I'm patient and understanding, especially when kids miss their parents. I can go from caring for infants to running an after-school program. Nothing beats a parent coming home to happy, tuckered-out kids, a tidy house, and an empty sink.
