Hello, I am a loving Mother myself (age 63) w/ 30 yrs of experience working with children. I have held many other roles in life such as; Corporate Accountant (37 yrs business experience w/BS Accounting degree 4 yrs college) Child/Elder Caregiver, Athletic Coach, Substitute School Teacher TK-12 th grade (18 yrs Maine/CA), Sub Preschool Daycare Teacher. 

My most cherished role in life, has been being a Mom to my own beautiful son( now a young adult) who is by far my greatest blessing in life. 

I have been a child caregiver to 100's of littles, including 2 families with twins (infants & toddlers). I've worked with all ages, from newborn to teens, primarily with infants & toddlers( & school age). Have additional experience working w/ mental/physical disabilities. 

I provide childhood developmental ideas, I have a huge heart, am very loving, patient, nurturing, kind and enjoy playing outdoors( esp with kids). I am dependable and committed. Takes a community to raise a child.

Heather is the greatest! I hired her to care for my twins when they were only 5 months old, and she was our nanny for about a year after that. She worked with us through every milestone and struggle, and paid attention to all my special requests. I worked from home while she was with the girls so I saw firsthand how much love and joy she brought to each task. We moved away, but she still stays in touch to see how the girlies are doing. She became a part of our family!

Heather is AMAZING!!  She is warmhearted and treats my kids as if they are her own. Its been a pleasure getting to know her and watching the bond between her and the kids grow. I couldn't imagine leaving my kids with anyone else!.  Thank you Heather!

I wanted to share my experience with communicating with Heather. I messaged her with what we needed (full-time nanny share) and asked her what she charges. After finding out the cost, I let her know that it was probably too much for our family.  Heather then responded with 5 different messages, each more than a paragraph long. Heather came to us just at the right time to offer part-time care for our infant and we are so grateful. As a new mom, it was almost impossible to imagine leaving my baby with a non-family member, but I quickly developed trust with Heather when I saw how genuinely she cares for our child (and all the children she works with!). She clearly comes to this work from a place of love and wanting to provide the best, personalised care to each family she serves. This is not a side job for Heather -- it is her passion! She is communicative, reliable, and flexible -- I am confident she will provide excellent care to your family.

Heather helped us out as our part-time nanny over the holidays. It's always hard to trust your child with someone other than you, but Heather quickly earned that trust.  She's friendly, flexible, and truly loves caring for children. We were working from home and could hear and see the wonderful way Heather engaged with our child. We also went on our first date night since our child was born 6.5 months prior and knew that our child would be in safe hands while we were away. Heather is amazing. We were first time users and had a last-minute cancellation of our babysitter, a family friend. Heather was really good about answering all of our questions, she wasn't afraid of the fact that we were had a ton of questions on safety and Covid.She kept the kids engaged, having fun and well fed. She also sent us progress reports.  Excellent communication and patience for days.

She's amazing. She did all of this for us, and two other families who had the same babysitter, 6 kids total! I'd hire her again in a heartbeat and so should you.

We had a rather challenging request (VERY early morning care), and Heather was fantastic.  She was reliable - we never had to worry about her being late or a no-show, and our daughter adored her.  I definitely recommend hiring her!

As first time parents we were lucky to find an experienced nanny like Heather. Not only she took great care of our 4 month old, but she provided advice and support to me and my wife. She is dependable, always on time and great at communicating. I highly recommend her!

Heather is a wonderful person and a great babysitter. My older son instantly loved Heather and wanted to play with her upon meeting her. She's reliable and provides peace of mind when I leave my two boys with her. Heather has been such a wonderful help with our two little ones. We have been fortunate to have family to watch our kids when we've needed it, but recently moved a bit father and needed to find someone for occasional help and date nights.  From the moment we met her, (she set up a call to connect and talk about the kids before her first sitting) I felt comfortable. She has a lot of experience and is wonderful with the kids, they love her. We have had her over several times and appreciate the great care she has provided our family. Definitely recommend her!

Heather babysits my 9 year old and 3 year old and both kids absolutely love her.  Heather cares for my kids as if they were her own, and I trust her 1000%.  Heather makes recipes with my older son, takes the kids on outings to the Birch aquarium, swimming and walks in our neighborhood.

Heather is wonderful! Heather came to watch our two toddlers while my husband and I went out to dinner.  She fed our kids dinner. played with them, did their entire bedtime routine, and put them to bed.  Our kids absolutely loved Heather and asked about her first thing the next morning. They bonded with her quickly and we felt very comfortable with Heather in our home.  She is fun and kind and brought great energy to our home. We look forward to having Heather watch our kids again!

Heather is amazing and very reliable in watching our 1 1/2 daughter. It was our first time having someone other than family watch our baby and she was very reassuring and made us feel comfortable. She is very knowledgeable. We will definitely be booking Heather for future dates!

Heather worked for my daughter taking care of her 3 young boys. They are very active and adventurous and Heather was always up for the next adventure. She is a true nanny. She is absolutely wonderful with children of all ages. The boys all miss her terribly. She is the old school nanny who never leaves the house a mess. She engages the kids to clean up after themselves and always has control of them. She is excellent with gentle reminders about behavior without being intense. If you hire Heather you can be sure she will always be on time and your kids will be in truly safe hands.

We hired Heather during a family vacation to Maine to take care of our six month old. As new parents, my husband and I were eager for a date night, but also reluctant to hire a babysitter without having the chance to interview them in person. Heather put us at ease from our first conversation. More importantly, she was an exceptional care giver. We felt that our son was safe, happy and completely well cared for. Heather is a warm and caring person. We'd definitely recommend her for the next family.

Heather watched our two small children for a couple of days while we were in Camden. She is very reliable, honest, the kids love her, and she's just a great person. We will be using Heather again when we have the opportunity!

Heather was a FANTASTIC babysitter.  She watched our 8 month old son for 6 hours two days in a row while we took our older two kids skiing.  My son had only been watched by family members so I was slightly concerned leaving him with someone new.  All my worries disappeared immediately after meeting Heather.  She was super friendly and my son let her hold him from the minute she walked through the door.  She sent me updates throughout the day with pictures to let me know how he was doing.  I felt completely comfortable knowing my baby was with her and therefore was able to enjoy my time skiing with my older two children.  We were visiting from out of town and had never been to Maine.  Heather recommended restaurants and places to go with the kids.  I would definitely have her babysit again and I wished she lived on Long Island.  

Heather was a wonderful babysitter for our son (6) and daughter (3) while we were visiting Camden. The kids liked her and communication was easy. We felt at ease even though we had just met her for the first time.

5 stars are not enough! Heather traveled to our wedding location, then stayed to help with our 3 year old and 1 year old for 2 days. Both before, during, and after our wedding. She is incredibly kind, caring and dependable. Her help made everything so much easier and less stressful. I don't know what I would have done without her! Both my children love her!! I would highly recommend Heather to anyone looking for childcare, and we will definitely be hiring her again in the future!
