About Heather

Heather was part of our family for six years, and we can't recommend her highly enough. She started with us in 2020 when our first was a newborn — first part-time just with us and part-time in a nanny share — and came on full time when our second arrived in 2022. She was with us until this fall, when both kids started school full time. Over those six years, Heather cared for our children through every stage, and she's genuinely skilled with the full range — newborns through school-aged kids. Newborn care, toddler tantrums, potty training, preschool drop-offs, and everything in between. She was warm, patient, and endlessly creative with them, and she treated our home and our routines with real respect. What stood out most was how completely we trusted her. We never once worried when we left the house, and that peace of mind is worth everything to working parents. We were genuinely sad to lose her as our full-time nanny, and the only silver lining is that she's still with us as a babysitter — the kids light up every time she walks through the door. Any family would be lucky to have her.
