Heather cared for my daughter in the evenings for almost an year now who is now 4.5years old..Heather has a genuine warmth and friendliness that makes the kids love her! She put a lot of thoughtfulness to the games she played with my daughter and made sure it was enjoyable for her. She has an amazing collection of puzzles/pretend play/art/craft/learning activities that she would generously bring along and rotate based on my daughter's interest! She also helped my daughter eat her dinner while reading books to her and used sticker charts to encourage her be more independent (sleep/eat by own/finish lunch etc). She also would take my daughter to nearby park depending on her energy and engage in outdoor plays.She comes up with amazing ideas and my daughter always looks forward to spending time with Heather! She is safe, trustworthy and very punctual and flexible! We love her and she is a gem!
