About Heidi

Hello! I'm Heidi, with over 27 years of experience supporting individuals with diverse learning needs. I hold a Master's degree in Education with an emphasis in Special Education and provide personalized 1:1 in-home coaching for autistic adults (20+) and teenagers throughout Texas, with a focus on the Dallas-Fort Worth area. My services include life skills, executive functioning, vocational readiness, behavior regulation, community integration, and independent living support. I use a strengths-based, person-centered approach to help adults build confidence, increase independence, and achieve meaningful personal goals. I also prepare individuals for participation in long-term adult development programs and community opportunities. My mission is to empower, equip, and elevate autistic adults so they can thrive with dignity, purpose, and lifelong success.
