About Heidi

I am a certified teacher and currently tutoring elementary and middle school students. I am flexible and professional. Having children comfortable with me is a priority, but I also have rules and will follow parental guidelines! I like to be on time and have parents be on time. I will come to your home for tutoring and childcare. I like to interact and have fun with kids, but always interested in slipping in a lesson when I can. I love to do crafts! I am resourceful and will use what is available (and safe) to make an hour pass quickly. I give hugs and praise. I like kids to show me what they are interested in. As a teacher and tutor, I have some behavior management skills. I'm a decent entertainer of kids.. I have tricks! I would rather interact then just sit on the couch! I can cook and make snacks. I will leave the house as I found it. If you desire transportation, that will need to be worked out in advance. I have a safe driving record and a very reliable car.
