Heidy was wonderful to work with from the start. When a scheduling issue came up for her, Heidy didn’t hesitate to take accountability and went out of her way to make it right. She is sweet, patient, and intuitive with children in her care, adapting individually to each child, and our children still ask about her. Our only regret was not being able to keep her longer. We’ve had other opportunities to rehire her for short-term roles and would do so again in the future.
