About Heidy

I'm a warm, patient, and dependable caregiver who loves creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for children. As a naturally empathetic person, I value emotional understanding and believe every child deserves to feel heard, supported, and cared for. Growing up in a Dominican family and helping care for my younger sister alongside my parent, who has autism, has taught me the importance of patience, compassion, and attentive caregiving. I also have experience caring for younger children and genuinely enjoy learning from their personalities and interests. In my free time, I enjoy reading, meditating, listening to jazz and writing (my separate job), taking walks, and biking. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping and chores!
