About Helena

My name is Helena from Teaneck , NJ. I am 48 years old. I am an experienced companion caregiver with over 5 years working with seniors and children. I am compassionate, caring, hardworking, trustworthy, and responsible person. I am compassionate for the elders because I grew up staying with my grandmother and grandfather, I cared for them until the age of 82 and 86 respectively. In my current position I help with bathing, help dressing, help using the bathroom, preparing meals, help eating, monitor dieting, ensure taking of medication, help in doing exercises, providing conversation and company, take walks, watch TV and light housekeeping.
