First, Helina is very personable. She is responsible, diligent and trustworthy. She focused on my mother's well-being at the end of her life, and she forged a great relationship with her. While Helina is caring, she is also good at standing her ground in a professional manner when dealing with strong-willed people (which was my mother) to ensure proper care. Helina is proactive and resourceful, and she was well respected by my mother's doctors, which was important.
