I'd describe my personality as warm, caring and thoughtful. I like working with kids because they learn thru play and have fresh eyes on the world. I love learning with them, keeping them safe and helping them on their path of knowing themselves and the world. I'm looking for a job that is in a loving, respectful and open-minded home. That has consistent part time hours, with an option to adapt the schedule for special occasions and has clear communication around needs and values. I started working with kids when I was in middle school. In my spare time, I like to cook, craft, dance, make music, meet with friends, go to shows and cultural events and explore outside. One thing you should know about me is I eat an anti-inflammatory diet. I manage it well and will often bring along my own food as a practise of self-care. I am happy to share more about it. I can cook in all ways though and it does not impact what foods I handle and prepare for your family.
