She never simply watched my kids – she played with them, encouraged them, made them laugh, conformed them when they needed reassurance, and loved them as if they were her own youngest brothers and sisters. As the years passed, I watched her mature into an exceptional young woman with integrity, compassion, and a strong work ethic. Those qualities naturally shine through whenever she is caring for the children. She is someone who notices the little things, communicates well with the parents, and creates an environment where children feel safe, valued, and happy. Finding someone you can completely trust with your children is one of the greatest gifts apparent can have. I have always trusted her without any reservation, and she has earned that trust time and time again. My children adore her, and even now they speak of her with love and appreciation for the wonderful memories they shared together.
