About Holly

Hi! My name is Holly, and I've been caring for children for as long as I can remember. My journey began when I was just 10 years old, helping care for my nephew, and that experience sparked my passion for working with kids. Throughout high school, I gained hands-on experience nannying and participating in a teaching program, which inspired me to pursue a career in education. I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Elementary Education, and I am CPR and First Aid certified. I am also a licensed elementary school teacher in both Florida and Virginia. I taught for two years in the classroom, in 1st and 2nd grade, where I gained invaluable experience supporting children's learning, growth, and development. I recently moved to Florida to begin a career as an ultrasound technician in pediatrics, but I truly miss the day-to-day joy of working with children. Babysitting and nannying allow me to continue nurturing and supporting kids in a more personal setting.
