About Hope

I am a registered nurse, for over 35 years . Most of my career was in 3 areas of Maternal Child. I taught many parents about babies as well as mother's care and recovery. I have a passion for both ends of the spectrum. Although I was with maternal child, I've also developed a compassion for seniors. I taken care of family including my mother as they are aging. I love to sit with them and hear their stories and the history they know. and if you are truly listening, not only do they glow, but you may learn something new. when I homeschooled, one of our field trips in co op would be to go to nursing homes and listen, speak and play games with the residents. they were so happy to have us. l have also had some experience with dementia, my mother was one of them. it would be an honor to take care and or just be their for your loved one.
