About Hope

Hi there! I am the mother of three grown children and am missing caring for and being around kids. I also know how difficult it is trying to raise your children, make meals, keep things tidy, get them to activities and more when you're a working parent. I love to cook, do crafts, tidy up, help with homework and honestly whatever else it is you need. I've lived and travelled in other countries, and am originally from the NYC area. I have lived on a farm for 30 years since marrying my husband (who I met in the Peace Corps in Guatemala) and am also bilingual in Spanish. I'd describe my personality as upbeat, friendly, and funny. In my spare time, I like to cook, garden, birdwatch, read, walk/exercise, volunteer, and visit with friends and family. One thing you should know about me is that I give 110% and approach everything with an open-mind. My skills include keeping them busy/entertained, listening and engaging with them, and making sure they are happy and safe.
