About Hope

I am a licensed Virginia General and Special Education teacher with six years of experience working with students in grades 6-8 and over 12 years of experience working with children. I am seeking summer childcare opportunities where I can provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. As a special education teacher and case manager, I monitor progress, collaborate with families, and develop individualized supports to help children reach their goals. I have experience working with children with ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, and executive functioning challenges. I provide academic support, enrichment activities, and strategies that help children build confidence and independence. Whether your family is looking for a summer nanny, childcare support, tutoring, or a combination of all three, I would love to help your child have a fun and successful summer. CPR/First Aid certified, Safety-Care trained, and fully cleared through all required child-care clearances.
