Ilham has nannied for my family for almost 11 years now. My kids are now in full day school and only need her part time. I got her name through a friend of a family she was with before ours. She has been with us through newborn phases x3 kids, job changes, family health issues and pk/elementary school years. I frequently get told by teachers and other parents how great she is. She is very attentive and not on her phone a bunch like I have seen so many do. I trust her driving the kids to and fro activities (and they have ALOT of those. She gets them their prepared and on time. The kids of course adore her. She is family now.
