About Ilya

Hi! I'm Ilya and I'm currently an occupational therapy graduate student at DePaul University. I grew up in Milwaukee, and completed my undergrad at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. I've lived in Chicago for a little over a year now and am absolutely loving my time here. I have years of experience working in childcare; at the Boys and Girls Club, as a special education aide, at an art camp as an assistant instructor, and as a substitute teacher! I am planning on working once a week at a coffee shop in Evanston while I'm in school, but would also love to get back working with kids. I hope to find an opportunity to help out families in the area with before/after school care or on weekends. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me with any questions you may have!
