I've worked with children ages 4-16 yrs as a nanny and worked with children ages 4-21 yrs as a US Soccer certified coach. I'm a firm believer in letting children express themselves creatively and feel it's important to give them a platform to be heard. I look to make outings fun, encourage positive interactions with others, reward good behavior with the understanding that undesired behavior is constructively corrected.
