Iman was kind and great to chat with. We set her up for a trial but she cancelled last minute. I asked questions to make sure she was aware/comfortable w our needs, including the commute. Cancelled 2 hours before our set time which was a bummer because I could have set someone else up during that slot. Set things up a week out, i confirmed 2 days prior - as far as planning, there was plenty of time to work out details on her end. I’m sure she’s great but planning/reliability are not.
