About Indiana

From the ages of 15-20 years old I was involved in a Montessori environment, helping my mother run her preschool for children aged 3 to 6. During that time, I not only assisted in class but also managed my own after-care program. I realized after completing my degree that I miss working with children! I offer families not only my educational background and experience but also a personal, committed approach. I've worked closely with families, handling everything from meal prep and laundry to creating enriching routines. I am seeking a full-time role at a rate of $30-$40/hr, a higher rate, yes, but one that reflects the high level of care and experience I bring. While I will eventually resume my studies, I'm currently fully dedicated to child care for the foreseeable future. I am looking to work with only one family long-term. Once I find a family whose values and needs align with mine, I will fully dedicate myself to that family and will not be taking on additional job opportunities.
