FOOD IS MEDICINE!! A caregiver at heart, I have worked in the hospitality business for over 30 + years primarily as a holistic chef and baker with a primary focus serving patients with autoimmune diseases and cancer patients. I provide home cooked organic, healthy and delicious plant based meals. Simultaneously I work as a property and people caretaker, tending to yards, gardens, trees, and animals. I love to meet people of all ages and to hear their stories and help them to heal by improving their well being. I have a clean licence and can drive anytime when needed to appt. s and errands. I am living in N. Greenwich and wish to work privately on my own one on one caring for and helping others in need. I am a happy, healthy, strong and positive young woman of 58 years with a strong desire to be of service to those in need.
