We had a wonderful experience working with Ingrid! She helped pick up our child from school and was consistently punctual, reliable, and closely stuck to the daily schedule. Whenever we had an occasional change of plans, she was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Best of all, her communication was fantastic—she always kept us updated on our child’s status.
