My approach to caregiving is centered on creating a calm, safe, caring and supportive environment. Every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, patience, kindness, and respect, regardless of age or the level of assistance they may need. My goal is to preserve the dignity of the individual while helping them feel supported. A caregiver's presence should provide reassurance. I assist with a variety of everyday needs that help make life easier and more manageable. •Meal preparation •Medication reminders •Light housekeeping •Running errands •Companionship and conversation •Accompanying clients to appointments or activities Caregiving is not only about completing tasks. The safety and well-being of the person I am supporting are always important to me. I have CPR and First Aid Training. My goal is to give families greater peace of mind.
