I am a calm, patient, and dependable companion caregiver with seven years of experience supporting older adults with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, mobility limitations, and post-surgical needs. I provide companionship, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and nutritious meals. My first client had Parkinson's and needed mobility support, healthy meals, appointments, and social engagement. I completed culinary training at the Institute of Culinary Education to support his nutritional needs. I later provided post-hospital care under nursing supervision for a client recovering from a serious motorcycle accident, assisting with personal care, meals, medication reminders, and exercises prescribed by a physical therapist.
