About Isaac

Hey all! My name is Isaac, and I'm a rising junior Software Engineering Major at RIT. I'd describe my personality as patient, resilient, and understanding. I like tutoring because I can help others in areas where I myself used to struggle in school. I'm looking for a job that gives me the time and the opportunity to find out what works and what doesn't for each particular person that I tutor. Things like odd jobs for homework help and last minute exam assistance were nearly everyday things for me in high school. It continued into college when I started to do it in tutoring centers as well. In my spare time, I like to play the piano, read novels (Stormlight Archive right now), and work on a video game that I have in the works. I don't give up on problems or get frustrated with whoever i'm teaching, I just keep attacking the problems from different angles until I find one that works for them. My skills include problem solving, conflict resolution, and a level head.
