About Isabela

Hi, my name is Isabela, I have over four years of experience, caring for seniors in both group homes and private residences. I also have hands-on experience supporting individuals with dementia which has taught me the importance of patience, kindness, and creating a comforting routine. I love helping with daily tasks, but just as importantly, I love being a good companion, whether that's sharing conversation preparing a favorite meal or going for a walk my goal is to always make sure your loved ones feel safe, respected and cared for while bringing a little extra warmth and positivity into their day. I have experience with full care as well as just assistance and keeping independence. I do provide respite care and well as ongoing services I am Medication certified, and also PEFA certified for seniors with gtubes, I also have experience with tracheostomy seniors.
