Isabelle asked to be paid upfront, stating that she would refund me if I got charged on Care.com. When I was double-charged she disappeared and ran off with 2 two payments without earning them. The only thing she could do to keep the child engaged was her phone. I would not recommend her. I was unfortunately in a crisis.
