I am a career nanny with 7 years of nannying experience and 10+ years of babysitting experience with several glowing references available upon request. I am moving to the area in June and looking for a full-time position 4 or 5 days a week. My rate starts at $25/hour. I am all about a gentle, Montessori approach to nannying. I love fostering independence and seeing how proud they are of themselves when they accomplish something! My favorite things to do with my nanny kiddos are crafts and going out on adventures to the library, park, or music class! I am also very passionate about teaching children how to identify their emotions and properly (and age appropriately) cope with them to build up their emotional intelligence even at a young age. I have lots of experience with children with disabilities and medical complications, have a reliable and safe car, don't smoke, and love animals. My previous employers would describe me as patient, responsible, reliable, and flexible.
