About Isabella

Hi! I'm Isabella, a college student pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Social Work with plans to earn a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing one-on-one therapy for children with autism while creating fun, engaging activities that build communication, independence, and confidence. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and have three years of experience coaching high school softball, where I've loved mentoring young athletes and helping them build confidence and teamwork. I'm patient, dependable, and love keeping kids active through crafts, games, outdoor play, sports, and other hands-on activities. My goal is to create a safe, positive environment where children have fun and parents feel confident knowing they're in good hands.
