Most of my life has been in the healthcare/house care field. I have learned that caring and compassion go hand in hand. Family members have also had issues that I have had the chance to deal with. I am here to be of assistance to others. Helping get whatever necessary jobs/activities are required in the home with results. Whether you need your home cleaned, or help walking, mobility assistance, decluttering/organization, help can definitely go a long way. I am here to help with reliability, my professionalism, and kindness. I am also a functional fitness instructor with focus on extending life expectancy for our mature folk. I want to give folk the opportunity to be able to walk, and sit without additional aid. I can say I help achieve results. Sometimes just two or three hours away such as to thrift stores, the zoo, the library, the pier to just get fresh thoughts into someone's mind helps tremendously, and I am here for this.
